Smart Anchor does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13, or anyone under the age of 18 who has not received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. Smart Anchor does not knowingly allow such persons to use the website for any purpose. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, or a child under the age of 18 who has not received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
